In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Baltimore, the sounds of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Northwest neighborhood. It was around 12:45 a.m. on May 10, 2015, when police on patrol in the 4100 block of Rockfield Avenue heard the shots. Responding to the scene, they discovered a man suffering from several gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 29-year-old Ivan Anthony Mcbroom. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
