On the evening of October 16, 2016, a tragic shooting occurred in Hallandale Beach, Florida, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Wajiyb Williams. The incident took place around 8 p.m. on the 700 block of Northwest Seventh Avenue. Williams, along with a 17-year-old companion, was shot and subsequently ran to Foster Road, where they collapsed.
