James Lester Nesmith, aged 53, died on September 24, 2016, in Tallahassee, Florida. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at the home of Floyd Eugene Parrish in Bristol, Florida. Nesmith was visiting Parrish when an argument broke out between the two men, leading to the fatal shooting. Parrish, who was 61 years old at the time, was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree murder. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) was called in to investigate the ...
