Joseph Ryan was a 22-year-old African American man from Baltimore, Maryland, whose life ended in a quiet rowhouse on the 2400 block of East Oliver Street on June 7, 2014. Late that Saturday morning, Baltimore Police were called to the address just after 11 a.m., where they found him dead inside the home. Investigators believed he had been there for at least a day, long enough for the house to become a sealed-off scene and for neighbors to be left wondering what had happened behind the door.
