In the early hours of a Saturday morning in West Baltimore, a disturbance call led police to a grim discovery that would mark the beginning of a lingering mystery. Just before 2 a.m. on May 31, 2014, officers arrived at a residence on South Stockton Street to find 50-year-old Patricia Lynn Harwood suffering from a stab wound to her chest.
