In the winter of 2013, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Sirreal Scott, a 20-year-old African-American male, was found shot in a rear alley in the Western District on the afternoon of Friday, December 13th. The initial call led police to the 3500 block of Woodbrook Avenue, though the location was later updated to 2207 Liberty Heights Avenue. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries and passed away the following day.
