Peter D. Hyman, a 28-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2010, in Tampa, Florida. On that fateful day, Peter was seated inside his vehicle in the parking lot of the Tally Ho Bar and Grille, located at 7402 N. 56th Street.
