In the early morning hours of a Wednesday in November 2013, the life of 19-year-old Delonta Harrison was tragically cut short in a wave of violence that had been plaguing the city of Baltimore. On November 13th, police responded to a call in the Langston Hughes neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore. There, in an alley behind the 5100 block of Arbutus Avenue, they discovered Harrison inside a car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
