Melinda Harder, a 21-year-old Caucasian woman from Saint Petersburg, Florida, disappeared on the evening of July 26, 1980. She was last seen walking to her boyfriend's residence in the area of 17th Street and 20th Avenue North. Melinda never made it to her destination and was reported missing the following day.
