In the early morning hours of a summer Saturday in Baltimore, the life of 18-year-old Donyae Jones was tragically cut short. On June 22, 2013, gunshots erupted in the 700 block of N. Kenwood Ave. in the Madison-Eastend neighborhood, leaving a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
