In the early morning hours of Thursday, November 10, 2022, the life of 52-year-old Johnnie Etta Starnes was tragically cut short in Swainsboro, Georgia. Police were dispatched to a residence on Washington Street shortly after midnight following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a distressing scene; Starnes was found lying face down and unconscious next to a car. First responders immediately began CPR, but their efforts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful.
