In a tragic and senseless act of violence, 16-year-old Dysheae Hall, a female, was shot and killed on June 12, 2022, in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Kroger grocery store on Flat Shoals Parkway. Hall was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire when a dispute between two groups escalated into gunfire.
