In the early hours of a Saturday in Tifton, Georgia, the life of 38-year-old Jorge Armando Rodriguez Corral was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2022, police responded to a call on Ira Drive at approximately 12:40 a.m. regarding a person who had been shot.
