Zavion Thomas Lee Knight, a 17-year-old African American male from Augusta, Georgia, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2021. Zavion was fatally shot on Champagne Avenue in Augusta. According to reports, the incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. when Richmond County deputies responded to a shooting call. Upon arrival, they found Zavion with at least one gunshot wound.
