Tekeil Lee Jr., a 16-year-old Black male from Augusta, Georgia, was shot on Plantation Road on the evening of November 1, 2021, on the same street where he lived. Authorities said the shooting happened at about 6:40 p.m., and he was struck at least once before being rushed to Augusta University Medical Center.
