Leilani Michelle Billingsley, a 27-year-old African American woman from Austell, Georgia, tragically lost her life on May 10, 2021. Leilani was an employee at the Riverside EpiCenter in Austell, where the incident occurred. On that fateful day, Cobb County police responded to reports of shots fired at the Riverside EpiCenter around 11 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Leilani's body in the parking lot, along with the body of Paul Sullivan III, a 38-year-old man from Douglasville, Georgia.
