In the late afternoon of January 17, 2021, the life of 26-year-old Ky Willis Harmon, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. Officers from the Savannah Police Department were dispatched to the vicinity of Lloyd and Walton Streets following reports of gunfire.
