On a Tuesday afternoon in Decatur, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Marque R. Andrews, an African American male, was tragically cut short. On January 12, 2021, Andrews was in his vehicle in the drive-thru lane of a McDonald's at the corner of Candler and McAfee roads when he was fatally shot.
