In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Augusta, Georgia, tragedy befell 26-year-old Khalid Ravenell. On January 5, 2021, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Richmond County Deputies responded to a call at an apartment complex. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ravenell unresponsive, having sustained a gunshot wound. Despite any efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene around 12:30 a.m. on January 6, 2021.
