In the spring of 2012, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Jeffrey McFadden, a 35-year-old Black male, became another victim of the city's ongoing violence. On the afternoon of May 16, 2012, at approximately 4:53 p.m., McFadden was found on the 2000 block of Frederick Avenue. He had sustained injuries from a shooting.
