In the summer of 2020, in Dublin, Georgia, the life of 39-year-old Daniel Raburn was brought to a violent and tragic end. On the morning of July 4th, his body was discovered lying in the yard of his home on Village Circle. Authorities who responded to the scene found that Raburn had sustained a head injury and was deceased.
