In the early morning hours of July 2, 2020, the life of 20-year-old D'undrea Monta Jolly of Fort Valley, Georgia, was tragically cut short. The young man, a male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds at the Great Inn on St. Patrick's Drive in Perry. Perry Police officers were dispatched to the motel at approximately 12:45 a.m. following reports of shots fired. Despite the efforts of first responders, Jolly succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
