On April 25, 2015, 21-year-old African American male Jamell Tousant was fatally shot in a drive-by attack while riding in a vehicle on the 1400 block of 90th Avenue in East Oakland, California. The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. Jamell Tousant, a resident of Antioch, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
