In May of 2020, the life of 30-year-old Clarice Truvenia Campbell was tragically cut short in Rome, Georgia. She and her 19-year-old half-sister, Vanita Richardson, were found deceased under the East Rome Bypass bridge over the Etowah River. Their bodies were discovered by Department of Transportation workers on the morning of May 13, 2020. Both women had bags placed over their heads.
