In the early evening of February 8, 2020, a gathering of people in the 900 block of Nardo Street in Valdosta, Georgia, took a tragic turn. James Bivins Jr., a 32-year-old male, was in attendance when an altercation broke out amongst the crowd. The dispute quickly escalated, leading to an exchange of gunfire between several individuals.
