In the late hours of a Wednesday evening, the life of 20-year-old Jamun El Winslow of Lawrenceville was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2020, Gwinnett County police responded to a 'person shot' call shortly after 10 p.m. at a Shell gas station located at 1515 Pleasant Hill Road in an unincorporated area of Duluth, Georgia.
