In the residential area of Snellville, Georgia, a shocking discovery was made on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 4, 2020. The body of 23-year-old De’Lano Plummer, a male resident of Snellville, was found lying in the intersection of Hightower Trail and Donald Road.
