In the late summer of 2019, a burst of violence on a Saturday afternoon in Savannah, Georgia, claimed the life of 48-year-old Frederick Smith. The incident unfolded on August 31st, at approximately 2:35 p.m., in the 4200 block of Bull Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Smith suffering from gunshot wounds.
