In the early morning hours of August 4, 2019, the life of 42-year-old Marlow Andrew Jones, an African American male from Jackson, South Carolina, was tragically cut short in Augusta, Georgia. The fatal incident unfolded shortly after 1 a.m. in front of the Studio Neighborhood Bar on 11th Street, near Greene Street. It was there that Jones was shot at least one time.
