In the winter of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Jaleen Harrell was tragically cut short in a quiet Lawrenceville, Georgia cul-de-sac. On the afternoon of March 1st, just before 1 p.m., Harrell was shot in the driveway of a home on Shoal Court. He was rushed to Gwinnett Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. Investigators determined that Harrell did not reside in the neighborhood where the shooting occurred.
