In the winter of 2018, the life of Joel Lamar 'Jeb' Graham, a 37-year-old Caucasian man from Warner Robins, Georgia, was cut tragically short. On the morning of Sunday, December 16, police responded to a call on Ridgestone Drive and found Graham suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was rushed to The Medical Center Navicent Health in Macon but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. A carpenter by trade, Graham had spent most of his life in the Warner Robins area.
