Xavier Milan Harvey, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 11, 2018, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred just before midnight on Dahlia Drive, where Harvey resided. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:20 p.m. after being shot at least once.
