In the summer of 2018, the life of 24-year-old David Cooper was cut short in Athens, Georgia. On the night of Tuesday, July 17th, police responded to reports of gunfire at a local convenience store. Arriving at Perry's Convenience Store on Cedar Shoals Drive, they discovered Cooper with multiple gunshot wounds. He was a male. Emergency medical services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
