In a quiet northwest Atlanta home, a tragic and violent scene was discovered on May 4, 2018. Norris Lowe, a 38-year-old African American male, was found deceased, the victim of a gunshot wound. Alongside him were two women, 34-year-old Jocelyn Shepherd and an unidentified 22-year-old female, who had also been fatally shot.
