In the early hours of a summer morning in Baltimore, tragedy struck a young man, leaving a family to mourn and a community to wonder. Jerel McFadden, a 22-year-old Black male, was found shot on July 10, 2011. The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. in the area of the 1500 block of Lester Morton Court.
