Janak Patel, a Southwest Asian male, was working as the clerk at a Chevron station on Elberta Road in Warner Robins, Georgia, on the night of January 13, 2018, when violence crashed into an ordinary shift. Police said the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. during an armed robbery at the store.
