Clarence Burnett, a 26-year-old African American male, was found dead on November 12, 2017, in Valdosta, Georgia. He was discovered alongside Geneva Norwood, a 19-year-old female, in a silver 2004 Buick Lesabre that had crashed into two electrical poles on the 600 block of York Street.
