In the early morning hours of June 11, 2017, a DeKalb County police officer on patrol made a grim discovery in the parking lot of Mark Trail Park in Decatur, Georgia. A man, later identified as 28-year-old Kenneth Adair from Louisville, Tennessee, was found lying face down in a pool of blood.
