In the pre-dawn hours of an April Saturday in Albany, Georgia, the life of 15-year-old Jalen Walker was tragically cut short. On April 22, 2017, Walker was one of two teenagers found with gunshot wounds following a report of shots fired in the 1600 block of Beverly Avenue. The call came in at 2:45 a.m., and when police arrived, they discovered a scene that would ultimately leave two young men dead.
