In the late hours of a rainy Saturday, April 22, 2017, the sound of gunfire pierced the night on Lundy Lane in Jonesboro, Georgia. When Clayton County police responded to the scene around 10:45 p.m., they discovered the bodies of two young men lying in the middle of the street. Both had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene. One of the victims was identified as 22-year-old Ronald Triche III of Fayetteville, Georgia. The other man was 26-year-old Nikko Sepulveda of Jonesboro.
