In the spring of 2017, the life of a young woman from Atlanta was tragically cut short, leaving a community in search of answers that have yet to come. Brittany Spencer, a 26-year-old female, was found shot to death on a Wednesday night, her body discovered just outside her residence in a mobile home park located in the 500 block of Connell Avenue in Southwest Atlanta. The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed her identity.
