In the predawn hours of a Sunday morning in Atlanta, Georgia, the lives of three young men were violently cut short in a hail of gunfire. On January 22, 2017, 28-year-old Rickie Burke was fatally shot outside a Checkers restaurant near Greenbriar Mall.
