In the winter of 2016, the life of 15-year-old Keyontae Jeremiah Ross was tragically cut short. An African American male, he was found deceased on the morning of December 29th in College Park, an Atlanta suburb. The grim discovery was made in the front yard of a house on Kristen Cove, about a mile from the apartment complex where he resided. Authorities reported that the teenager had been shot.
