On a tragic afternoon in October 2016, Kenneth Oglesby, a 44-year-old male, was fatally shot during an attempted robbery at a gas station in College Park, Georgia. Oglesby had been a long-time resident of the area and was at a local Chevron on Roosevelt Highway to get gas and something to eat. He was tragically ambushed while preparing to drive to Ohio for his niece's funeral. The father of a seven-year-old son, Oglesby was the oldest of six siblings.
