In the early morning hours of September 16, 2016, the life of 24-year-old Devonte Raqualle Johnson, a male from East Dublin, Georgia, was tragically cut short. Johnson was attending a party at the 'Community House' in Cochran, Georgia, when gunfire erupted at approximately 12:10 a.m. He was struck by the bullets and swiftly transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center for emergency care. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Johnson was pronounced dead upon his arrival.
