In the spring of 2016, a resident of Seale, Alabama, became the victim of a fatal shooting in Columbus, Georgia. On the afternoon of April 30, 44-year-old Calvin Darrell Denson, Sr., an African American male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the Warren Williams apartment complex on Wynnton Road.
