In the early morning hours of February 7, 2016, the life of 21-year-old Tomas Baiul Colbert, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Toccoa, Georgia. Colbert, a former standout football and basketball player at Stephens County High School, was at an apartment on Falls Road when he was struck by multiple gunshots.
