A verbal altercation in an apartment building parking lot on a Thursday morning in Savannah, Georgia, tragically escalated, leaving a young woman dead. On December 3, 2015, 19-year-old Johnee' Williams was shot and died at the scene on the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
