On a Thursday in the fall of 2015, a life was tragically cut short in Decatur, Georgia. Dewayne Martin Jr., a male, was killed by gunfire on October 22, 2015. The incident marked another case of gun violence in the community.
Following the shooting, the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office began an investigation to identify and apprehend the person or persons responsible for Mr. Martin's death. Their efforts led to the identification of a suspect.
