In the early morning hours of October 13, 2015, 35-year-old Chauncey King, a male resident of Atlanta, was found in a parking lot of an abandoned car wash in the 1400 block of Campbellton Road. He had sustained a single gunshot wound to his chest. Emergency services transported him to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
